We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, components, equipment, and services necessary for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead procurement strategy development, supplier negotiations, and cost control initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement that aligns with production requirements and quality standards.

  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and production schedules

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships

• Analyze market trends to anticipate supply risks and cost fluctuations.

• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure the timely availability of materials

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages or overstock situations

• Evaluate supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance

• Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability of supply

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reports for audits and internal tracking

• Use ERP systems to manage procurement activities and maintain real-time data accuracy

  QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).

• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance.

• Knowledge of contract law, import/export regulations, and industry compliance standards.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
